• We are Australian owned and are based in the Norwest Business Park of Sydney, NSW.
• We love providing great customer service experiences!
• Unlike most fax broadcasting providers, we will send the fax on your behalf! You don’t have to mess around with uploading lists and artwork into a confusing online system – and then hope that you haven’t made a dreadful mistake. We’ll do it all for you. Simply email us your list in an Excel or csv format and your artwork in Word or pdf format and we’ll take care of it from there.
• We attempt to send faxes up to 3 times before reporting a failure.
• At the conclusion of every fax broadcast, we’ll email you a detailed report with the delivery results.
• We use Australian based servers to send fax broadcasts.
